Mary isn't feeling well and is in the hospital. Even though she's pretty sick, she thought of this forum and if it will survive.

Let's use this thread to wish her better health and to hurry back...

Hi Kurt and John,

Thanks for posting. Here's an update for you all.

I am out of the hospital for now, but am on total bed rest - sleeping most of the time. I'll be a few weeks on these meds and stuff so ...

Kurt,

I can't email you because I have a dropper on my PC, and the outlook is having problems on the Mac. Will get it worked on by a friend here Thursday, so will contact you then.

John,

Lol I'm working on it John. I have problems seeing the keyboard at the moment, so am trying to figure out how to incert the tothpicks between my eyelids so when I doze off, I don't poke them out.

Btw, want to trade places with me John? I'd be happy to t the moment. It's boring as heck here!

If instead of getting sick and being in the hospital you had the good sense to be lost in the wilderness then Kurt's Bear Gryll's videos could have helped you out.

That would have saved on the meds and the boredom.

Yeah, I wish I could do a jig at the moment. I know I was rasied in an Irish home that threw a ton od wild parties when I was young. But, this stuff hasn't kept me from doing it on the inside. At least not yet anyway.

How's it going, Mary?

As I've told Kurt, we have an extra bedroom for visitors. When we had the house built, I even went so far as to tell the builders to reconfig the living room entry to the stair well because Kurt is taller than me. I'm 6'3". (Offer's still open, Big Guy!)

If Kurt wasn't such a good friend, he'd be a good enemy. (How's that for an endorsement?) LOL

I'm looking forward to my hospital trip next week. A chiropractor down here caused a pinched nerve and I've got "neuropathy" in my left shoulder and arm. My hand keeps going numb. Ergo, a lot of misspellings in my posts. I have to preview everything before I post it now.

John,

It's coming slow, but it's coming. It's just boring as heck at the moment because I can't concentrate on anything of importance. It's taken me over a week and a half to recover my PC (just XP and a couple of programs I use), and it still isn't finished yet.

My count is going up, but again it will take some time to, and I only have another 5 weeks till this dose of meds is gone. When they are finished, the docs will know more by then. If it didn't work, they are looking at treatments again.

And let's hope NOT okay! I was just getting my hair back too from the last time ...

Btw, about Kurt ... yeah, he probably would have shot you by now and I wouldn't blame him, so try to behave and stay on his good side will you? Otherwise he'll have to put you in your place, and we don't want that to happen right???

And yes, I snore quite a bit lately. For some reason John, you bring the best out of me.
